This griddle is wonderful! It is heavy, non-stick, and amazingly easy to clean. There is a very slight bulge in the middle so any grease that cooks out flows to the side

This pan is awesome. Cleans like a breeze and acts like a cast iron with holding the heat but is non stick. Still also will get items crispy if you want it. We are really enjoying this pan. Even after cooking eggs there is very minimal clean up. We use it almost daily. It is heavier than a normal pan like a cast iron but not an issue for us.

Instructions say max heat to is medium to avoid ruining the nonstick surface. I never knew that! This explains why our other nonstick pans get ruined. Very heavy. Wife says it’s mine to use because of the weight. But, it does sit flat on our electric stovetop, so it’s likely going to heat more evenly than any other griddle we’ve ever had.

This pan is heavy. It feels and looks like good quality. This cooks evenly. I am well pleased so far.

I have been on a Crusade to find a square fry pan that does not warp and now I think I found it in this pan. I’ve spent a lot of money on this quest trying OXO, Calphanon, All Clad, and others, and this pan is the only one that has not failed me. The others failed miserably. The non warp aspect and health safe ceramic coating makes this my favorite pan in the cupboard. In comparison, I believe it’s non warping success it attributed to the rigid rim surrounding the pan base that extends higher than my previously purchased failures. I was concerned when the pan arrived and the handle was loose and it looked used but I returned that one for another and have been using it ever since. Be sure to follow all instructions for this pan and if you do they will work, which I can’t say did for the previous ones I tried.

Very sturdy, heavy,cleans easily and looks great. Also, the handle is comfortable!
