I am beyond impressed with the La-Z-Boy Nova Executive Office Chair! I spend long hours at my desk every day, and this chair has made a huge difference in my comfort and posture. The AIR lumbar support is amazing — it actually adjusts and supports your lower back instead of feeling stiff like most office chairs. My back pain and stiffness have noticeably improved since using it. The chair itself is extremely comfortable with plenty of cushioning, and the high back provides great support for my shoulders and neck during long workdays. It feels sturdy, well-made, and has that classic La-Z-Boy comfort you’d expect. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long at all. I also love that it looks professional and sleek in my home office while still feeling cozy enough to sit in for hours. Whether you work from home, game, or just need a reliable office chair, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

This has been the greatest chair I have ever purchased for myself. I was hesitant when ordering but I am very pleased I did. I average 60 hour work weeks and weigh 230lbs. I spend entire days out on the field working in the hot sun; squatting and crawling through some hazardous environments. On the days when I return to my office, I needed a chair that I could depend on to not have my legs, back and glutes feel worse. This has been that chair for me. This chair is NOT built to sleep on and relax. It’s not a lazy person’s chair. I needed a chair to help me focus for the long hours I am in the office and get processes done, and I got that with this chair. If you want a comfortable chair for work at home to relax and sleep on, this is probably not your chair. If you have to get a lot of work done and not feel sore afterwards, this is the chair to buy. Also of note, if you already have bad back issues, this chair will not solve it. As I said, buy this chair if you care about getting through a lot of work without adding any pain and to feel great once you get to stand back up. All of my co workers sat on this and they love the crap out of it and plan to buy their own. An easy 5 stars from me.

I have several La-Z-Boy office chairs and I love most of them; this one is junk. It feels flimsy and the headrest is too low (I'm 6' 2" and it hits my shoulder blades) and too pronounced (it pushes shorter people's heads too far forward). Get a "big & tall" La-Z-Boy model - they seem to be much better quality.

This is a really nice chair for the price. It is very comfortable with a nice back support. It was easy to put together and seems like a sturdy chair. Time will tell as I purchased for my son who is rather rough on his chairs using them for long hours of gaming. It is a little more streamlined than his last La-Z-Boy chair so it fits nicely at his desk. Do far so good...

seat was easy to assemble, rolls easily, and it's been a huge improvement over my old chair. My lower back isn't sore after sitting at the PC for 4-5 hours anymore. The reclining tension is pretty high by default, I had to crank and crank and crank the tension knob to lower it to where I could lean back easily, but it got there, might be easier if you're heavier. I haven't tried that many chairs to compare to, but I'm satisfied with the purchase and the price.

This one is a bit of an odd duck. The minimum height of the base shoots somebody off roughly 5’8” in shoes up to 5’11” barefoot. But this means that even the person who is 5 foot 11 when they use the recline feature must use the toes to push back and maintain that rearward incline. Basically meaning the reclined function is useless and that you put your feet up on an ottoman or on the table. The neck rest hits the lowershoulders for a person of 5’11 and performs no neck or head support function. The padding is perfectly adequate as is the case for most less expensive Chairs. I am hoping the longevity of this due to the branding is meaningful. Three stars due to the poor economic considerations for an average user. Had the economics been accounted for more adequately this would’ve been 4 1/2 to 5 stars. I gave extra credit for the fact that the adjusting mechanisms are easily accessible to the front on left and right, but to be honest at its lowest setting is the highest I can tolerate for comfort. Meaning the adjustability for recline and height or effectively redundant since neither can be adequately used. I guess La-Z-Boy focused more on the cushioning and applying it to a generic design than investing. Any effort to the economics of the end user. This would be equally dissatisfying to a taller user since the neck bolster is in the middle of my shoulders and feet flat on the floor when barefootas a user of 5 foot 11. I would look like Ronnie Corbett in the mastermind chair if I was any shoulder with legs dangling over the end of the seat..

Cheap quality. Sits really high up. I also like to lean back but this chair only leans back when you apply pressure does not lock in place. I bought this chair for Comfort and it’s the complete opposite. The cushions are nice but not being able to lean backwards hurts my lower back.
