Surprised at results! I am mom 1 year post delivery. I experienced alot of swelling all over face, stomach etc gained 50+ lbs after birth! I have tried different things, unfortunately due to some birth injuries I cannot exercise due to recovery of my foot. I tried this and have lost a total of 10lb in three weeks. This is without specific diet and no exercise. The swelling in my face causing double chin has completely gone down! My family noticed immediately. I have noticed I feel less hungry. Happy with the progress and the way I feel. I think I have even noticed skin appearance and sleep improvement. Well... I will continue this and provide update if anything changes.

I must say this product works for me. I take with food or I will have upset stomach. I have cut back on eating fried foods and now eating better. With slight change in eating habits this product works for me. If I eat lots of fatty foods expecting product to work -it doesn’t. But with changes in eating habits I am loosing weight and I love my new look.

As far as weight loss and energy, I haven't had any positives, but my memory seems to have improved. I did see a review where the person was taking it in the afternoon which caused a decline in appetite. I take it very early in the morning, but I may switch to taking it in the afternoon to see if my appetite decreases and my energy level rises.

This product has notably strengthened my nails, but hasn't produced any of the other touted benefits. I've been using it, now for a couple of months and was able to find it through another vendor at about one third the price. For its price point on Amazon, I don't recommend this product, although the vendor was fine. I won't be purchasing again.

I have been using Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen for 2 years. It has helped to improve my hair. Skin and nails. I also notice that is helps with better sleep. I recommend this product.

I am sure this is a great product but it did not work for me. I gained four lbs of water weight within two days of starting it, my stomach is horribly bloated and uncomfortable, my eyes are very swollen when I wake up, and my hands are so swollen I can't put my wedding ring on. Also had extremely vivid dreams while taking it. I had hoped these side effects would lessen but they seem to be getting worse with each day and I am not going to continue taking the supplement.
