I wanted my own yoga blocks for a performance and conditioning class at my performing arts school. These are functional, sturdy but comfortable, and lightweight so that I can comfortably carry them in my yoga bag. And they were affordable!

These exercise blocks are lightweight, but durable. They can be used for a variety of stretches and exercises. They're especially effective for stretching, flexibility enhancement, or even to position for muscle therapy (like spasms, etc.).

I bought these new yoga blocks for dance to help me overstretch my splits because I had lost my other yoga blocks at my studio. they work pretty well but compared to other yoga blocks they are a bit thin, and sometimes my handprints will create a temporary dent in the block?? a bit questionable but that doesn’t matter too much!! def recommend 💗

These are great. I use them for another purpose than as yoga blocks. They are individually shrink wrapped so it’s easy to clean them.

Very good quality blocks. Better than the picture and very useful. In my case I used it for my dad's recliner chair. Because it's a rocking chair it's very hard for him to get up. Now with these nice blocks added to the bottom front of the chair with velcro, he has more chances of getting up easier and use his walker. Thanks for very useful quality blocks.
