RED DYE #40 - NOT THE PREVIOUS PRODUCT. CAVEAT EMPTOR.
I've ordered these before, so I was expecting the small white/clear pill I got before. THIS ONE IS BRIGHT RED...CONTAINS REDDYE 40. So I am throwing these into the trash bin because they are nor returnable. Also this: Red 40, also known as Allura Red AC or FD&C Red 40, is a synthetic food dye that has been linked to DNA damage and inflammation in the colon and rectum:DNA damage: Studies have shown that Red 40 damages DNA in vitro and in vivo.Inflammation: In mice, consuming Red 40 in a high-fat diet for 10 months led to low-grade colonic inflammation. Colorectal cancer: The increase in the use of synthetic food colors, including Red 40, coincides with the rise in early-onset colorectal cancer (EOCRC). .....etcRed 40 causes DNA damage in vitro. but you do your own research. They work!
I love them! They wake me up and they don't wire me. I find them mild but potent.Be nice if they got rid of the red dye.

Be careful, but it does work!
I’ve found myself extra tired during menopause. Caffeinated drinks make me nauseous and shaky. These are a great alternative but be careful! The instructions suggest taking 2 every morning. I have to open 1 capsule and dump half of it into the trash to avoid the nausea and jitters.
