I'm unable to make this watch place phone calls. I have a one plus phone. What gives? It has all the permissions.

Make sure the tozo health app is running and connected device to the S3. Often ive been out of range of my phone or reboot my phone and need to go back to tozo health so it reconnects and syncs data. Once its reconnected, phone call screen on watch is back up and able.

Would this work with tracfone for calls etc
