A mix of small-cut, dehydrated vegetables that are perfect for supplementing instant noodles (or any soup) with more savory flavor. This is a great product. I liked the variety of veggies in the mix. Its texture is just like that of any dried veggies you get in dip packets, dried soup mixes and pasta mixes. I found so many uses for this from soups, pastas and dips. For dips it is really great because sometimes if you make a dip from scratch it might turn out not as thick as you wish. These dried veggies will absorb some of that moisture while they soften. So you are adding great flavor and thickening at the same time. That said, make sure you do not add it dry to something with little extra moisture. It will not rehydrate well and stay chewy. When I was using in a situation with little moisture I just put some of the dried veggies in a bowl, added some water and then dumped excess water off after hydration. While it is a bit expensive, I am single and do not really go through tons of it at a time. I like having it when I cook the carcass of my rotisserie chicken just in case I do not have frozen or fresh veggies around. It is a quality product and you can actually tell and taste that you have added it to your creation. Honestly if you like veggie soup, do not keep tons of fresh veggies on hand and do not mind the cost it would be a great choice because you definitely can taste the different veggies in the mix.

Some larger pieces of mushroom do not soften enough, but on the whole a nice addition.

These are perfect for adding nutrition to ramen. They taste better than expected

I really wanted to like this more than I do. The problem is the overabundance of carrot in the vegetable blend. There is so much that the carrot bits overwhelm anything else.

This product is just what plain ramen needs. It gives the ramen texture and flavor, feels like a real meal now. I have always liked ramen but now I like it even more!

The spices really added good flavor to our oriental did especially the soup.
