To be honest I set up the Amazon subscription (every 6 months) only to get the discount and I was going to cancel it before it reordered. I'm pretty cheap if I'm not sure about a product. I ended up not only purposely keeping the subscription but I also have ordered it between deliveries and I'm going to need to up the amount to every 3 months. I have a cat who has a seizure every 2-4 weeks and she loses control of her bladder. She's always asleep when they happen and since she sleeps with me she almost always has them on either the couch or my bed. I just grab the spray and cover the area well then wash the bedding and/or couch cover. About a week ago I had to clean the cat tree. That same cat had peed on the bottom shelf when she got a UTI (yes she gets sick often) and I had scrubbed the bottom shelf with soap and tons of water but as I was using a wet vac to suck up the water I got an unmistakable whiff of cat urine. I went to get the spray and sprayed it with a nice thick layer and then vacuumed it out. The smell was gone. It did better than 20 minutes of scrubbing with soap. It's worth the money, even if you are cheap. It's a good value. It comes with multiple layers of protection against leaks during shipping. The scent isn't overpowering (cuz it's eliminating the smell not covering it with a different one.) The only complaint I have is I can't get the spray top off (it locks on) to get the last bit of it or to get refills of it but that's just a tiny annoyance.

This stuff is great, very effective at pet and laundry stains. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the spray bottle is terrible! Once you screw on the sprayer, it can't be removed-so much for recycling. Also the sprayer almost always drips all over my hands; I've ordered this MANY times and it's a consistent problem. I've taken to pouring the solution into a different spray bottle and going from there but I wish they'd make a refill bottle to keep all those sprayers out of the landfills.

All of sudden, our outdoor dog started pee on garage floor and patio. Winter time, we put heated pad and oil heater in a garage, there's pet door that dog can go out. But recent few cold night, dog decided pee in there, not outside. When I talked dog trainer about this issue, she recommended me to get Stain & Odor remover with enzyme, it's safe for dog and they will stop pee or poop the area after odor removed completely. Well, she actually recommended me different brand, but it wasn't working at all. So I ordered this spray at amazon, see if it works.... IT WORKS!! My dog stopped pee in a garage. But not working for concrete, once a while (not everyday), my dog still pee small area on concrete floor at patio... only patio is made by concrete, whole back yard is just dirt and plants, usually dog goes dirt for pee or poop. After I purchased and looked instruction, I noticed looks like this is for carpet or soft surface. But this is still working on hard floor at garage. Perhaps, I'll try this brand's other product called "Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remover spray". Maybe works better for my patio.

This stuff is complete magic! So, I bought a new couch and it was scheduled to be delivered later today. A few guys came and picked up the free older couch, this afternoon. When we moved that big lug of a couch, it revealed this huge dark maroon stain on the carpet. Now, a normal person would think, oh that stain may have been here when I bought the place. Or even, I must have dropped my drink, wine, whatever in that really odd spot towards the back of the heavy couch I can’t even lift. But no, see I’ve got the devil cat. Who previously, before I put bells all over her collar, used to kill everything! Yes, rabbits, birds, mice and loads of chipmunks. See we live on a mountain in the middle of nowhere. I love it here. But I was getting to where I had become a professional (and humane) trapper of our woodland creatures. But sometimes, she would get them past me, and kill them in the house, when she didn’t leave them to live in total fear while she stalked them, here in house. So, as I stare at this very large stain, my brain just knew that this was our version of the killing field. In my house! The old sofa was slightly raised off the ground just enough (obviously) for those poor little guys to hide. Well…maybe not hide so much. This was obviously her kill spot, my devil fur baby. No bones, no smell, who knows when it happened, right? I’m looking at this stain, and honestly, I started to dry heave a bit at the thought of how long this bloodbath was laying there, a few feet from where I sat every day and I never knew. So I grabbed this stain enzyme stuff and douched the whole area. Let it sink in, then used my handy fabric cleaner thingy (made by Shark) and viola! It completely disappeared, and I mean disappeared. I thought, oh my God, I should have done a video, this could have been the worlds best commercial, but, as you can imagine, the horror of my find was front and center and getting rid of the evidence was my first priority. I mean it was awful! Just me waiting for the crime scene detectives to find me guilty of some heinous crime and the dummy who left the big ole blood stain evidence. Me! But I swear to God, it’s gone. But note, I will be changing from carpet to an epoxy floor as soon as humanly possible. But people, I’m telling you I’m leaving this feedback as I put the next bottle in my cart to purchase. I pray there are no more insane bloodbaths lurking under other furniture (and there will be a thorough cleaning this weekend) to verify. But you’ve got to get this stuff! It’s a miracle, it’s insane. I’ll never be without it. Oh and just do you know, the bells on my cats collar has worked for the last few months now, no critters and I’m getting used to hearing jingle bells in my house - in August.

Bought a 50 year old saxophone. The case had a funky smell from past owner not cleaning sax out after use. So saw this and gave it a try. Sprayed the case and left it in the sun. Then, there is an item called a swab that after playing the sax, the player is supposed to ‘run’ the swab through the instrument to dry any saliva residue. So having had run my swab through, it smelled funky, so I sprayed it a lot with the Simple Solution. First thing I noticed was the swab had a slight chemical scent, not like a floral or anything that smelled nice. So I thought that, o.k, something must be at work here on a molecule basis because the manufacturer isn’t trying to cover up a bad smell with another nice one. So the next day I smelled the swab and it still had kind of a funky smell. Result to me is the product might remove stains, but not the cure all for those oder eliminations.

continue to keep getting the stock spray because it works and it gets rid of that that he smelled that your dog makes when it misses or when it goes in certain areas they shouldn’t go

With a new puppy, accidents happen everywhere and mostly, of course, on the carpet. this is by far the best odour and stain remover I've ever tried. Now recommended to all the family and friends with pets. No smell and no stain left. Quite easy to apply.
