Do these run oversized like the regular shirts? I normally where an xl but with carhart regular t-shirts I wear a large

I would say they are slightly on the 'roomy' side/

Difference between xl amd xl tall?

The overall length of the garment will be 2" longer in the XL Tall versus the XL regular. In addition, the sleeves will be a bit longer in the tall version.
