What kind of uva and uvb are produced from 7" away?

There is different watt for the heat and I think the uva is standard for all. Depends on height. Don't but though they burn out or pop fast. This one did and burned up my lamp set.

They are bright, most animals including us will not stare into bright light for to long. The bulb is very healthy for every part of an animals body and as far as reflective light to the eye ,these bulbs are completely safe . The bulbs have been tested to be okay. You can google exo terra and look up info. Do not put to close and always aim the bulb in a downward position on animal never pointing up into face. when using follow directions and mimic the sun, always shining down. Last , if there is a reason your asking is this bulb to bright. because if theres a possible issue with specimen . You must use your own discretion. Great bulbs

Lampada a vapori di mercurio tutto in uno, UVA UVB e calore, permette di non utilizzare le due lampade separate con notevole risparmio. Dura circa un anno ma è importante evitare l'accendi-spegni e l'utilizzo non perfettamente verticale perchè ne diminuisce notevolmente la durata.
