Philips Sonic Electric Toothbrush 3100 Series, White

Dopo aver utilizzato per anni uno spazzolino elettrico di un altro marchio con testina rotante, nel gennaio 2022 ho deciso di acquistare questa confezione Philips Sonicare per me e mia moglie. Lo utilizzo ancora oggi due o tre volte al giorno e, a distanza di oltre tre anni, posso affermare di essere pienamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto. Con una normale e accurata pulizia dello spazzolino, la batteria continua a garantire circa una settimana/10 giorni di autonomia e non ho mai riscontrato alcun problema di funzionamento. L'aspetto che mi ha colpito maggiormente è però l'efficacia della pulizia, la sensazione di pulito è nettamente superiore rispetto a quella ottenuta con uno spazzolino manuale e, nel tempo, ho potuto constatare benefici reali anche durante i controlli periodici dal dentista e dall'igienista dentale. Seguendo correttamente le modalità di utilizzo consigliate, cambiando costantemente come da istruzioni le testine vibranti (utilizzando le originali), sono riuscito a migliorare sensibilmente la qualità dell'igiene orale quotidiana rispetto a quanto ottenevo in passato con uno spazzolino tradizionale. Sono talmente soddisfatto del prodotto che ne ho acquistati altri due da utilizzare nella seconda casa. Dopo oltre tre anni di utilizzo quotidiano lo ricomprerei senza alcuna esitazione e lo consiglio a chi desidera fare un salto di qualità nella propria routine di igiene orale.

Hallo liebe Interessenten: Das wichtigste vorweg in kurzen Stichpunkten.(Die Bürsten sind nun ein Jahr im Einsatz) - Reinigungsleistung sehr gut - Akkuleistung sehr gut - Handhabung sehr gut - Praktisch auf Reisen(gut zu verstauen) - Ladestation sehr gut - Bürstenköpfe sehrgut Rundum hat Philips da ein sehr gutes Produkt wenn da nicht das Problem mit dem Einschaltknopf wäre! Der Druckknopf zum Ein- und Ausschalten drück sich durch die flexible Abdeckung und somit kann die Bürste nach eine gewisse Zeit nicht mehr eingeschaltet werden und ist unbrauchbar. Ich habe die Bürsten bei Philips reklamiert mit der Bitte diesen Mangel doch zu beheben und auch Ersatz bekommen. Es ist eine wirklich ein tolles Produkt wenn das mit dem Einschaltknopf nicht wäre. Dies nur als Information, entscheiden sollen Sie selbst. Deshalb habe ich mir bei der Bewertung schwer getan, da es für mich eine sehr gute Zahnbürste ist aber leider diesen Mangel hat. Wie gesagt , entscheiden müssen sie selbst;-)

This is the second time I’ve bought this product. The first one stopped working after just two months — I thought it was bad luck and decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again: after about two months, it simply stopped working. The quality is really disappointing. On top of that, you have to waste time filling out forms and going through the whole warranty process just to get a replacement. For something new to last only two or three months is unacceptable. Definitely not the level of reliability one would expect from Philips.
