Having never used stones befors some instructions would have been helpful.

8 stones in the box, one of them has an hole, and one of them has a crack, the stones look nothing like the pictures on the product listing page, the stone colour is completely different from the photos.

Great gift for your partner.. pair with a nice light massage oil and have a romantic evening! It could end up being a gift for both of you :) The rocks: Large, but not Giant. Heavy, smooth, good for large muscles. 8 is a good number, this is a good deal. I would like if they weren't all the exact same shape, but honestly, they work just fine. I may get some medium/small ones simply for feet/hands - I think these are something we'll use! How to heat/use: (Disclaimer: I'm not a pro! It's just a hobby) I heated them in the crockpot, covered in water - Low setting didn't heat them enough, so I turned them on High. After about 20 minutes, take them out 2 at a time with tongs and dip them in cold water for a few seconds - til the "skin" is cool, but the "core" is still hot. If you can hold them in your hands for 3 seconds without feeling that it's too hot for you.. it's probably okay for skin. Make sure you dry them off before using on someone's skin, and use a light oil if any. There are lots of really helpful videos on YouTube, so check those out if you need tips or guidance.

The wife and I bought these after buying our massage table, we have a small crock pot next to the bed that they fit in perfectly, what a difference a massage makes when you incorporate these stones, you feel the stress leave your muscles while they're running up and down your back and limbs. We bought the large and they are the perfect size and they keep the heat for a good time..

Very nice. Perfect size to fit in the palm of my hand. Retain heat well. Will be incorporating them into my massage practice.

The stones hold heat very well and are perfectly sized for smaller hands!
