This is an excellent phone for elderly users or anyone who prefers a simple mobile phone. The big buttons are easy to see and press, the screen is clear, and the menu is straightforward to navigate. Call quality is good, and the battery lasts much longer than a typical smartphone. The 4G connectivity provides clear voice calls, and the SOS feature offers extra peace of mind. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly phone that does exactly what it’s designed to do. Highly recommended. Value for money and portable size

Since 3g network was shutdown I wanted another very simple to use phone for my elderly mum, just the basics to make and receive calls when she is out. In a lot of ways this meets the criteria, it has big easy to see buttons, simple green and red buttons to answer and hang up, its light, has a good battery and the charging dock is a neat idea. There is also a red sos button on the back which you can enable or disable through the menu system, when enabled you can assign a contact to it, the user then holds in the button for a few seconds and it let's a loud siren out of it, it then also texts the assigned contact "i need help "and rings them, I think this is a good idea but im not so keen on the siren, I feel if there was an emergency like a burglary you prob would like the option of making it silent. There are a few other little niggles which annoy me as well, on most older phones I have used there was a set of navigation buttons with a select button in the centre to go through menus, but on this there is just up and down and when you want to do something like for example save or confirm a number you must press button 5 to "save or confirm". I would have also liked one button to get into your list of contacts quickly and simply, on this phone u must be at the home screen you then press the top right button for contacts, then you press the top left one to 'ok' and then u can go through them, it would have been much simple to just press up and down on the arrow or just press the contacts button once. Lastly the stored ring tones are not exactly loud for an elderly person, the default one could barely be heard in a handbag, a nice loud ring ring would have been a good choice, I think there is an option to copy your own audio file to it if required which probably would solve this. All these points I am highlighting can be overlooked by the price point, its still a good phone for basic purposes and it supports 4g network, I just feel with a few tweaks it could be better.

I bought this phone for an elderly family member, and it has been an excellent choice. The large buttons and clear display make it very easy to use, while the loud volume ensures calls are never missed. Setting up the SOS button was straightforward and provides extra peace of mind in case of emergencies. The phone feels reliable, works perfectly on 4G, and the FM radio is a nice bonus. Overall, it's fantastic value for money and exactly what we were looking for. I love it.

The good: very nice to hold, large battery, loud speakers, easy to see big buttons The bad: cannot increase text size, screen brightness is very dim, screen is small and smudges easily. All in all a decent phone but it has quite a few negatives, especially if you are visually impaired.

EDITED - 25/01/25 - This phone is rubbish, don't waste your money, mother in law was complaining it wasn't working & we thought it was user error, it's not, can't make a call or receive a call, shocking quality to barely last 3 months, not good when you want the phone for an emergency! I got this phone for my 89 yr old mother in law as her old phone was now not compatible as the 3g network is being turned off. She just needed a simple phone with big buttons to make a call & take call although this phone can send & receive text msgs she doesn't need this. I was super impressed at how easy it was to set up, it only has 2 ring tones but they we loud which is great for the hard of hearing. I love the sos button on the back which can be set up to call a few chosen people in order incase of emergency rather than scrolling through names on the directory. All in all a 5star little phone for a very light user.

I wanted a house phone for calls and text only and I am so happy I bought this phone. It connect fast to network, the buttons are big so using it is so easy, it also easy for me to navigate, it’s perfect for basic things like calls and text messages, the body is very durable and screen display is big enough for me to see what I am doing. It’s a very simple phone and worth the money spent

it is an easy to use phone, very basic ,but thats what we wanted for elderly parent. the buttons are big and easy to use, the charging cradle is and easy to use. the phone is let down by the volume control. it is advertised for the hard of hearing ,but its not very load at all, ok (not loud) for normal hearing people , but not as advertised for the elderly. so with this in mind i would not recommend .

Il telefono è molto leggero e la batteria ha una lunga durata, il volume delle suonerie è alto e si possono memorizzare i numeri di telefono su un qualsiasi tasto. Inoltre sul retro c'è un tasto SOS su cui ci si registrano i numeri di emergenza. Per ricaricarlo si può utilizzare sia la basetta che il filo e questo è molto comodo.

Lo compré buscando un teléfono sencillo y fácil de usar para mi padre y cumple muy bien. Los botones son grandes, el menú es bastante simple y el volumen se escucha bien. La base de carga también es muy cómoda porque evita tener que estar conectando el cable cada vez. La función SOS da bastante tranquilidad y la batería aguanta bien para un uso normal de llamadas. No tiene complicaciones ni funciones innecesarias: para alguien que solo necesita llamar, recibir llamadas y tener un teléfono fácil de manejar, me parece una buena opción. Lo recomiendo!

Utilisez par min père de 83 ans , tiens très bien malgres de nombreuse chute . Facile d’utilisation !
