Loudbox Micro 40-watt 1 x 5.25-inch Acoustic Combo Amp

This has proven to be an excellent acoustic guitar amplifier that is compact in size and big in sound. The Fender guitar we purchased uses Fishman technology, which is a perfect match for this amplifier. I purchased this for my son who has been playing guitar for around two years now and he loves it!

Was looking to electrify my Godin classical guitar. I knew this might be challenging to get a nice nylon string tone but this amp works for nylon really good. Nice and small for my studio. I use it to learn and rehearse songs with some volume and quality tone. This amp delivers. Five star because it did exactly what I wanted it t do.

I was looking for a high quality amp for small get togethers at my place, and did thorough research. This one was the winner. I play mostly acoustic ukulele with EQ. Every little finger touch to the screen is heard crisp.

Bought this for the weight and I only play small venues and did want to lug the 60W around. 40W works perfect for me. So far it is working out fine and I especially like using it with my baritone ukes and my Cordoba Negra Flamenco both nylon string. But is also sounds great using my Epiphone Hummingbird. I especially like the fact that I can hook up a mic to it also. The title said Deluxe Carry Bag. It ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT COME WITH A CARRY BAG. It does have a handle on top to carry it but NO carry bag. So, they might need to change the description and take off the description that denotes Carry Bag

Sounds as good as it’s bigger siblings. Love the placement of the amp control knobs on the micro. Perfect size for our senior music tours!

Its a great amp. My electric guitar amps don't work well with acoustic guitars and you can really tell the difference with this amp. The reason it does. not get 5 stars is because it does not have a simple plug, but uses a large power adapter between the amp and the wall socket. I understand that the Loudbox Mini does not use an external power adapter and for that reason I feel it would be just as portable, with a larger speaker and even better sound. If I were to do it again, I would get the mini over the micro. It's also a little pricey.

I am a fan of Martin guitars! Another reason is they always use Fishman pickups, which I like as they have that authentic acoustic tones with the guitars! Now they have this acoustic amp which I felt was very appropriate to compliment Martin guitars! As for me, it truly is! I received the amp today and was eager to try it out. What more can I say...a very satisfied, acoustic customer indeed!
