Yes, as I noted above, each of the two sheets is folded in half.

Would this be good for covering the top of a puppy play pen to keep my rabbits in? Will it hold up year long under all weather conditions?

I would not use this anywhere it would have exposed edges, Including where do you need two piece sheets together to cover a larger section. The wires are very thin and the edge wires can come loose easily. Since The sheets are only 12 inches wide, it would have to be a very small pen to cover without having any overlapped edges, which would be sharp and prone to unraveling. I do not think he would want to use this the way you are describing. For a rabbit pen, I would think that a vinyl coated wire fence would be perfectly fine. The sheets are stainless steel, though, and should last forever, even outside.

Can I use replace my kitchen hood filter with this? Does it trap grease?

No, you would need a much finer screen with smaller open spaces to trap grease. I use these to sift garden soil which falls through easily.

would these keep a squirrel out?

Yea, it's stainless steel. Nothing could get thru this with the exception of ants or maybe termites. Since I have no idea what you are keeping squirrels out of, I will recommend this SS mesh.

Used this to make a grate for my DIY ammo can firepit. The material was stiff yet easy enough to bend to form a grate cover. Put lava rocks on top of it and it’s holding up just fine. At first I was concerned that the coating would burn off and emit an odor but I haven’t experienced that at all.

I used this screen to cover the openings around my chimney cap. The original screen had rusted and deteriorated over time and this allowed the occasional curious squirrel to enter into my chimney, fall down onto the closed flue, and get trapped there. The material was easy to trim with a tin snip to fit the openings on all four sides of the chimney cap. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the screens arrived folded in half, which caused a crease down the middle of the screen mesh that I could not get out completely. I wish they sent it as flat pieces rather than bent in half.
