They are too heavy even light one

Perfect for exercise. Very sturdy.

So far so good, the thicker one works better than the loght one but then again its depends what your needs.

They are very basic elastic bands worth about 50 cents.

I wouldn't say it change my alignment much, if any. But they are nicely made, sturdy and they certainly can't hurt My bunions may just be too far gone. May be better for slowing progress or prevention.
