I LOVE THIS LOCK. I’ve had 4 keyless door locks on my camper and this is by far my favorite. This keyless entry door lock is a great upgrade for my RV. The all-metal construction feels solid and durable, not cheap like some of the plastic ones. Installation was straightforward and it fit perfectly in place of the original lock. The keypad is responsive and easy to use, and it locks and unlocks smoothly every time. It adds a lot of convenience not having to carry a key around, especially when going in and out frequently. Overall, it feels secure, well built, and works exactly as expected.

I found this lock easy to install and program. Just a heads up, the keypad does not have all of the numbers (no 9 or 0) so if you have one of those numbers in your mind for a password, it's not going to work! LOL. Also, make sure you get 4 AA batteries, they are not included. Fobs were easy to program. The instructions for installation and programming were easy to understand. The lock worked well on the first try and it appears to be well-built.

The physical installation was easy, I would recommend getting yourself a lovely assistant to hold the two halves to the door while you start the mounting screws. The product seems well made/sturdy, I've only had it in a week but if I encounter an issue I will come back and update review. The product has made accessing the camper while carrying groceries/gear much more convenient (it does the job I needed it to do, and does it very well). It uses conventional AA batteries (four) and the access panel is user-friendly. Dislike: The key fob programming instructions as printed were not the best, the YouTube video linked wasn't helpful for that part of the process either. The manufacturer website video was better, you have to kind of dig around the website to find the right video but it isn't too bad. It still took me a couple tries to get everything linked mainly because the lights behind the keypad buttons you are supposed to observe for color change are not exceptionally bright and I was installing/programming on a sunny afternoon so it was hard to see what was going on. The confirmation beeps are not very loud either- there were other campers in the site next door backing in their RV with some difficulty, it was hard to hear the lock set beeps over a diesel engine.. All said, the dislike was minor and resolved after a couple trial and error rounds and could have been avoided entirely had I done the job at home instead of out at camp. I have a Grand Design Imagine travel trailer and the lockset fit in perfectly without any modification/adjustment of any kind. My trailer door looks to be pretty much the same as every other brand made for probably the last 10-15 years, would probably be a pain if you've got a more vintage camper though. I'm happy with the purchase both in terms of cost and performance, I would recommend to anyone especially if you are a long-term camper.

Looks nice, very easy to install- programming the passcode was a breeze. But key fob opening function is a hit and a miss. Some times one click can open the latch, some times it is four, some times it is a hold for 10-30sec. However, the key manual key works and using the combination also mostly works. Overall though, great locking system, better than the one that comes with the RV. Feels stronger. Easier to lock and open. The fob distance to lock and unlock is also great, maybe 30-40feet. four stars because of the inconsistent unlocking using the fob.

Works as described but it is a little wider in the inside to where the clear slider won't close all the way but I'll just make a couple since I ordered the two pack. I thought ordering the two pack they would both come in the same shipment but I received one today and the other should be here i a couple of days.

Solid product - What drew me to the ONNAIS Full Metal RV Keyless Entry Door Lock was that the other popular brands had to have replacement keypad covers because they wore out. If something that small wasn't done right, then what is the quality of the rest of the product? I've had it since November of 2023 and didn't have any issues until last month when the locking mechanism stopped working with the remotes. I could hear the motor trying to lock/unlock but there was no movement. I contacted them on a Saturday, and to my surprise their customer service emailed me back the next day, A SUNDAY!!! That's great (American-based) customer service. I emailed my order info, and a video of the issue. Now I have a new unit on it's way. I highly recommend this product and the company as a whole.

Installed in 10 minutes. Programing a little confusing but not earth shattering. All in install and programing 30 minutes. Fobs work great. One touch lock excellent. Will buy more.

This is our 3rd replacement. I was using a different brand and have replaced it twice, so I decided to go with ONNAIS this time. It was easy to install and set up was simple. Esthetically, it has this weird know on the outside that looks funny and has no real purpose except to lock the handle in place. The remotes are kind of large, which is a little unnecessary, but they were easy to set up as well. The lock has some neat little extra features, but they really don't add any value to the lock. Overall, I'm pleased with the lock.
