Snow's Manhattan Clam Chowder, 15 oz Can - 11g Protein per Serving - Ready-to-Serve Authentic Manhattan Style Recipe

I really love this Manhattan clam chowder! It is good when made simply by heating it up, but I have added a couple modifications that make it even better. I add half a can of whole milk (Lactaid because I’m lactose intolerant) and a whole can of clams by the same brand as the soup (including the clam juice). I simmer it on the stove, stirring frequently. Then, to finish it off, I add ground black pepper to taste. It is so delish! And it makes 2 hearty servings. Highly recommend!

Tasty, but it's much too costly for what you get. I had hoped for a better product. Be prepared to add a can or two of chopped clams.

I ordered this by mistake (meant to order New England clam chowder), so take my opinion with a grain of salt. This is a good product: enough clam flavor, juice, etc., but, with tomatoes, not my cup of tea. Good for what it is.

Bland and watery. I won't buy this again. I've had much better soup, although in a restaurant. There it was thick and somewhat spicy as it should be. Disappointed in the lack of taste & quality of this product.

It seems people don't know what Manhattan Clam Chowder is. Its more of a vegetable soup with clams. For a canned soup its really pretty good. If you are looking for white creamy chowder buy New England, though most canned are too thick for real Cape Cod Quahog Chowder,

New England style seems to be more popular,but I like Manhattan.This soup is thick and flavourful,lots of clam bits ,with potatoes and well seasoned tomato broth.Makes a satisfying meal.

This should be called "potato soup" as there are more potatoes than clams. What few clams there are, are tough, chewy, and tasteless. Red water with lots of potatoes. Will never order again.

All the bad reviews can all be ignored. I grew up in Manhattan and this soup is perfect. I eat them 2 cans at a time. Fantastic.
