Great video card
Got this to run dual hdmi monitors. Easy to install and works great.

Compatible with my HP Tower 800 G1
Compatible with my HP Tower 800 G1. Downloaded the latest GeForce drivers [both win 10 and win 11]. Set up for 3 42" screens to display the stock mkt. graphs. Set at 2560 x 1440 to see the fine text on the graphs. [60 Hz refresh] NOTE: They require at least a 300 Watt Main Power Supply to drive the card in a PCIe slot. Works GREAT! Well worth the $.

VGA won't work
This thing is garbage. The instructions refer one to the AMD website for drivers. The AMD driver utility states there are no drivers for this GT-730 card on their website, no surprise. Nvida drivers do work but only for the display port & HDMI. The VGA port will allow for detection of an attached display but it won't display anything. The display port, which typically displays the highest resolution, only displays lower resolutions. The GT-730 is a nice, basic video card chipset but is VERY POORLY implemented on this card. Avoid hours of wasted time and buy anything else !

Video card fixed problems running some programs
I was having trouble with some of my programs that needed more video data. This board did wonders for my programs, they now run faster and it even fixed some of my programs that would not run at all. The two HDMI output were great. I loaded this board on a Windows 10.

Some new computers don't have Power Supplies to run these cards.
I can't get it to work in a new HP desktop. I bought it in July of 2024. Worked fine in my desktop running Windows 10. That system couldn't run Win11 so I bought a new computer. New computer power supplies don't have enough power for these cards.

Die Karte läuft einwandfrei! Windows 11 hat sie trotz der Angabe „nicht Windows-11-kompatibel“ direkt beim Start erkannt und die passenden Treiber automatisch installiert. Seitdem kann ich problemlos mit vier Monitoren gleichzeitig arbeiten. Für grafisch sehr anspruchsvolle Anwendungen ist die Karte vermutlich nicht gedacht. Für den normalen Arbeitsalltag – Office, Coding und Administration – ist sie jedoch vollkommen ausreichend und bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
