Alpine Corporation 9" Tall Indoor Animated Christmas Ski Resort Holiday with Moving Skier Figurines and White LED Lights, Tabletop Christmas Decoration

I received my Alpine Corporation 18"H Indoor Animated Winter Wonderland Set with LED Lights and Music and it’s beautiful, and plays several Christmas songs. I love the moving train, it’s a great addition to my Christmas decorations. It works with batteries (not included) or by plugging it in with the cord provided. The one I received only worked with batteries so I reached out to the manufacturer via text at the number provided and they provided excellent customer service by immediately replacing it with a new one without any issues. Definitely recommend the product because it’s wonderful and if there’s any issues I’m confident their customer service will resolve.

Extremely late review....Bought for Daughter(ex- figure skater) & Husband for their 1st year X-Mas in 2024....I cannot personally attest as they live out of state.. but arrived no damage, everything working, no complaints of poorly painted, or musical sounds...They LOVED IT esp that it was Resin vs. Porcelain & portable due to battery operated.. They did send me a picture but I can't find it in my phone/ messages anywhere..

Just to let customers know this is very big and tall I'm going to say almost 2 feet tall. It has a lot of sparkles which I'm not a big fan . I'm returning it because of what I wrote above Besides that it looked like it was good quality and pretty.

Very large but I was expecting that. It came packaged very well, in a large box and packed in styrofoam. Came with the right plug in adapter that I know some people mentioned it did not. The flocking on the trees does come off very easily so hence my markdown for craftsmanship, it made a mess. The music is delightful and I love the lights!! It is rather noisy mechanically, when I first turned it on it was quiet but within about 5-10 minutes it became noisy, you can hear the mechanics inside, another markdown in craftsmanship. For the price I paid for it I would expect a little better with the flocking and mechanics but overall still a great Christmas decoration!

Not worth it. Fresh out the box and the train was upside-down, disconnected from the spinning gear, and lodged in the back of the display. We had to take off the bottom (easy since it was just hot glues together) to fish the train out and re-attach it. Also was missing a few trees, as noticed by the random holes throughout display. Also, very clearly held together with hot glue. Atleast, if/when we put in our own trees to fill the holes, the hot glue will blend right in. Save your money Update Dec 10th,2021 : Half the lights also no longer work. Update Dec 8th, 2025: 4 years later and i still have a toxic relationship with this thing. But I refuse to throw it out or give it 2 stars. The lights randomly work. But theres always atleast 1 strand out somewhere...all but 1 tree hole has been filled. And we super glued that freaking train to its spinner.

It's big, gorgeous, best buy, I can't wait to display it.

I purchased this item as a gift for my wife. When she opened the box up, everything looked great. We did have an issue with the product not working, so I contacted the manufacturer and was delighted to see how fast they resolved my issue. The customer service representative asked me about what was wrong with the product and after verifying the issue offered to send me a new unit, free of charge and on top of that I was allowed to keep the defective unit for spare parts.I Absolutely recommend this product and this company’s customer service!

I purchased this back in December and can't wait to set it up this year for the holidays. It's larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I did receive a damaged unit. Reached out to Alpine and they were great. Asked me for photos of the damage and quickly sent out a replacement. The replacement unit works perfectly. I have bought many items from Alpine over the years and never had any issues. With this last experience, I will continue to purchase from Alpine. Thank you for the great customer service.

It's perfect! I'm so happy 🥰
