As a beginner runner, my journey hasn’t been easy, especially since I’m still on the slower side, but I’m working hard to improve each day. I first tried Honey Stinger on the recommendation of a running store, and I instantly loved the taste. Not only did it taste great, but it also gave me the energy boost I needed during my runs. When I decided to take on my first 10k, I ordered the Variety Pack to try different flavors. I loved all of them, but my personal favorite is the Pomegranate. Since then, I’ve become a loyal customer and tried other similar products, but none have worked as well for me as Honey Stinger. Although I’m still working toward my goal pace, I was able to successfully complete a half marathon with the help of this product. I can confidently say that it’s made a difference in my performance, and I 100% recommend it to others, especially beginner runners. Bonus: The shipping and packaging were excellent as well!

I’ve always been a fan of Honey Stinger products and love these chews! This box comes with fruit punch, cherry blossom, and passion fruit - all delicious. I purchased for my half marathon training and race. I eat 6 (half a package) 40mins into my run and every 25mins after to keep fueling my body. They provide great energy, easy to eat while running, and easy to store in a running belt. I’ve been able to run with 3 packages in my running belt with a phone, keys, and pepper spray with no issues!

I do enjoy this product, I use it before runs and finds it gives me energy. However, when bring this on a run it is not very easy to eat as the gels are. They are also very sticky and this is not great if you are in a middle of a run since washing your hand is usually not an option. I do like the flavors they are very similar in taste and I do not prefer one flavor over another. All in all I would recommend the product before or after a workout to refuel.

These are tasty and give me a nice pick me up when I’m riding. Sometimes I’ll eat a few before I start then some throughout depending on how long I’m out for. It’s nice that they aren’t sticky right out of the package so they are easy to grab and go while riding. It also doesn’t use any fake sugar, which bothers my stomach. They are also organic and I understand what all the ingredients are.
