Do Not Buy
This UPS never worked properly from day one. The battery would not charge at all and the device became useless after a very short time. After checking the reviews, I found many other buyers reporting the exact same issue, so this clearly seems to be a common problem with this product.I also tried contacting customer support multiple times and received no useful help at all. No proper response, no solution, and no accountability.The software and documentation are confusing and unreliable, and overall this product was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly recommend avoiding this UPS and buying from a more trusted brand instead.

Don't buy
Don't buy it. It is waste of money. The company is not able to solve the issue with the UPS management software which make the device useless. The company is out of business and doesn't respond or solve any problems. I don't know how Amazon is allowing those junky devices to be sold. Even the documentation is wrong. They ask you to enter the serial number several times and then it fail to run. They will waste your time and money.

Excellent product and simple to operate.You need to download the correct software from new link, i gave 4 stars because unfurtunatly this device doesn't support LAN.
