ScanWatch 2, Hybrid Smartwatch, ECG, 38mm, Black

Bought it to replace my aging Withings/Nokia/Withings Scan Watch. It had a cracked glass and the button stopped working years ago but it helped identify bradycardia. A few years ago it showed me having 30bpm which is definitely not normal. A trip to A&E followed by a bunch of tests and it's controlled with medication. Without Withings I doubt it would have been found and treated so quickly.

Bought for my wife who wanted something classier than the usual fitness tracker, but with everything that a fitness tracker offers She says that it's more accurate than other trackers she has had. She also said that she loves how she can receive text messages on what looks like a normal watch. Clear and easy to read.

I used to a Nokia Steel HR and used it for many many years. It was a fantastic watch. The hands became misaligned and so I reluctantly gave it up. Since then I have tried smart watches (Pixel watches, Samsung watches), and rings but none of them hit the spot. The Smartwatches were too distracting and would need regular charging. The ring was really good but I missed having notifications. And so I went back to Withings and purchased the ScanWatch 2. The good: - Beautiful, sleek, stylish design. - The hands now glow in the dark so make it easy to tell the time at night, huge bonus. - Same discreet smarts under the minimalist face. - Syncs into Google Health, copying over detailed analytics, for steps, sleep, heart rate etc. What I don't like: - The face of the watch is grey rather than being black. If it was black it would nicely merge with the small notification display and be seamless. By being grey it adds contrast which as a minimalist, I do not particularly like. Would I recommend this watch? 100%. If you're after a minimal analogue look with maximal smart features, then this is a great buy!

After using Withings for years I tried to go to a "smarter" watch but immediately didn't like the look or after a while, the attention demands and eventually came back to the new, revised and better timepiece. Happier than ever with the app as well, the alternative was childlike. Excellent product.

Unboxing the watch, it's clear that Withings have really cut back on the packaging compared to the first generation. There is no watch pouch this time, and there's no sense of luxury. There's just the watch, charger, and instructions in a cardboard box. I bought this to replace my ScanWatch Horizon that sadly developed battery issues within the first month. This ScanWatch 2 had a faulty ECG sensor out of the box. The sensor gave no readings at all. This feature worked flawlessly on my previous generation watch, so this one has been packaged back up and returned. The hardware failures I've incurred paired with Withings software issues of the last 2 months paint a very bleak picture. I love the design, but due to the hardware and software reliability, I absolutely recommend avoiding Withings until they improve.

Generally, this is a good tracker... I have been using it for a couple of months - it feels good quality and has some good functions like recording sleep patterns and SP02. I bought it mainly for the ECG function so I was really disappointed to find out that the ECG function is limited to a heart rate of 100bpm because I wanted to be able to take an ECG during exercise. It also shows some random heart rates - for example, sometimes it says my heart rate was over 200bpm whilst on a walk, which is physically impossible, it also records similar rogue heart rates whilst cycling, possibly due to vibrations. It seems more accurate playing other sports like soccer, but not sure what happens when walking which should be the easiest exercise to track! Battery life is excellent and it was very easy to set up. Occasionally, it won't connect to Android, so you have to mess around turning bluetooth on and off on the phone. For the money, I wonder whether a Garmin might be more stable and an Apple Watch has wider range on the ECG.

An expensive watch. It's supposed to detect physical activity but it never has. Bought in part due to the large watch face as I'm short sighted, but none of the menus are readable if I take my reading glasses off, which obviously I do when working out, so I never record workouts with it. Doesn't record sleep accurately. All in all an expensive smart watch that doesn't do what I bought it to do.

Jolie montre au look indémodable, avec de la technologie moderne. Je l’utilise sur mon vélo d’intérieur et mes séances de renforcement musculaire, elle me satisfait. A voir comme toutes ce qu’elle vaut sur le plan de la longévité. Je l’ai choisie pour le look , l’utilisation sport ou glam avec le bracelet en maille milanaise et pour son autonomie.

Not accurate with steps count. I had the previous version which was much better. This version just doesn’t do its job. Also the app is not full of bugs

Belle montre de qualité, solide et waterproof. La prise en main est facile grâce à l'application qui vous explique les différentes options et vous accompagne dans la configuration. Voilà 3 semaines que je la porte et je suis ravie du suivi de santé. Elle analyse mon sommeil et me permet de suivre mes efforts physiques et mon sport ainsi que mon cycle menstruel. Du point de vue design, elle correspond parfaitement à mes attentes, avec un bracelet en maille milanaise rose doré, elle s'accorde à merveille avec une tenue de soirée ou de bureau. J’ai pris la couleurs bleue pour que le cadran numérique soit le moins visible possible, elle passe donc pour une vraie montre classique. Elle donne les notifications du smartphone en temps réel tant qu’il est à portée Bluetooth mais pas si on est trop loin du téléphone. La nuit, je laisse mon téléphone en bas pour dormir et je ne suis pas dérangée. L'écriture est assez grande je trouve même si le cadran numérique est petit. Je n’ai pas encore découverts toutes ses fonctionnalités mais jusqu'ici je suis ravie! Et puis le fait que ce soit une marque française a fini de me convaincre, autant acheter européen si on sait. Je pense en offrir une à mon mari!

Excellent montre, très belle d'aspect, les fonctions médicales sont excellentes. Batterie qui tient très bien la charge. Très content de mon achat.

I purchased this watch to ‘replace’ (but really join) the simpler version. My first one did not calculate my oxygen saturation or do ECG. I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the actual beauty of the watch itself (I purchased the rose gold version). I’m really loving the color. As for the functions included with this version, it is much more detailed. The heart rate function is the one I use the most as I have a heart condition that this watch helps me keep an eye on. I have to work with my cardiologist to get the ECG function up and working. As for the oxygen saturation reader it takes some getting used to. I have finally gotten to where I can actually get a reading instead of getting “INCONCLUSIVE”! It was a bit frustrating at first but I get that message far less now. This watch has replaced my Apple Watch as this one seems to be more what I need to keep track of my health. It will give notifications for low heart rate & high heart rate and I’m sure other functions send notifications as well. I just haven’t needed other ones at this point. One thing I have noticed with this edition is that when you go into the functions to check things, the hands literally move to the 10:10 position so they do not block the readout screen. I did have difficulty seeing ‘through’ the hands on the other watch. As soon as you exit the functions the hands go back to the current time. This only happens if the time of day is at a time when the hands are obstructing the functions screen. All in all I’m VERY GLAD that I purchased this watch!
