So glad to have this VERY affordable and premium quality supplement to add to my routine. I've chosen to start with just one capsule daily for the first week and then the suggested dosing. Easy to swallow, potent, no bad/bitter taste, no burping and no stomach upset. Made in India, 100% pure extract, manufactured in cGMP certified facility (info from the bottle). So affordable and travels well. Please do your own research and consult with your own Healthcare provider before taking any supplement.

I bought this hoping it would help dissolve my gallstones thinking it was bhumyamalaki, but it's a different part of the plant. I only ever took one pill in a day and from the start it felt as if my gallbladder was in extreme discomfort. By day 3 I experienced nausea and I completely stopped using it. I found the right "stone breaker" after and have been using the other supplement without experiencing any side effects. I would not recommend if using to dissolve any stones.

Overall: Recommended! Great product for supporting improved immune function in our opinion the bottle packaging is fine and the safety seals are doing the job. Nice that it is independently tested and that it has good manufacturing practice (GMP) certification. We like to check with our care practitioner before starting a new supplement and this one seemed fine : ) Cheers!
