Using it for an outdoor shower. Rain shower head works very nicely and the handheld wand connection is not plastic but rust resistant metal. Great price for a high end shower system that includes a thermostatic valve. Correct temperature every time it is used. Clear installation instructions, solid construction, and easy installation.

It looks nice water pressure great the horrible part no hot water the water heater is fairly new I have hot water at entire home except shower there is no phone number or contact to talk to someone
