I had my doubts, but decided to try them. I sure underestimated them. I wore them yesterday with flip-flops, and my feet didn't get sore. (I have plantar fasciitis; a higher arch support helps a lot.) They come with two thicknesses, making it possible to fine-tune the amount of support needed. They do NOT shift around in wear, and are not hard to put socks over. They cost a lot less than custom orthotics, and provide more support and pain relief.

These feel so good! They give support to the front part of my arch, not the back and heel. This is exactly what I have been looking for. 2 sizes of pads, thick and thinner. They are good for being able to walk around the house barefoot too!

To start, I have extremely flat feet, and my right foot was reconstructed after a motorcycle accident—so I’ve tried a lot of products for support and pain relief. This one stands out right away. It applies great pressure and really helps with the pain almost instantly. I like it way more than others I’ve tried because the straps actually keep it in place inside my shoes, which is a big plus. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I wear it all day at work, it can start to cause some soreness—even though it feels great while it’s on. Also, just a heads-up: it doesn’t fit well in cowboy boots since they’re a lot tighter than regular sneakers or work boots. But for everyday use, it works great. And for the price these are great.

really like these. great that it has two sizes of support ... i am using the lower one. best thing about this is that i get to put the arch support where I need it [off-the-shelf inserts have the arch too far to the heel for me.]. that said even the lower one feels a tad too much. but i can wear it inside shoes, sandals. does NOT move during the day.

Just got these a couple hours ago and they felt really good on my feet, but one of them has already started coming apart where the velcro attaches. Since I ordered two I'll just wear the others to see if the same thing happens. They make my feet feel better so I will up my rating to a 3.

These are great. I used to get ankle pain and fatigue when going barefoot during yoga. Now I wear them under yoga socks and I have no foot fatigue. Orthotics for ballet type shoes did not give enough arch support, but now I can wear different type dress flats including mules. I also like the fact that there are two sizes because one of my feet doesn’t need as much arch support so I use the thicker pad one one foot and the thinner pad on the other.

I thought these were just what I needed in order to be able to wear my warm socks around the house this winter. I must have good arch support and never go without it or my plantar fasciitis returns. I even have to slip into good arch support sandals when I get out of bed.) However, these did not solve the problem. The bottoms of my feet hurt the entire hour I wore the product. I guess I need full foot-bottom support in addition to good arch support. Great concept (I thought), but it didn’t work for me.

Does not stay in place. Actually makes the pain hurt even worse.

Pleasantly surprised by these! They are minimalistic and actually do the job without being too bulky! so much better than a pair of insoles as you can easily move these from shoe to shoe since they are on your foot!

Should be careful when wearing this at home because it is slippery so should wear it with indoor footwear and sport shoes when outdoors please.
