Product is fine. I’ve been using it for years. Prefer this over the new with odors in them. Your shipping let a lot to be desired. This product was in a bucket. It’s dry detergent. It was put in a bag to be shipped with two other small items. The detergent fell out, got all over the bag then on top of that got inside the container of one of the items packed with it to say also made a mess on the couch and the floor no more bags for detergent items!!!!
