Wow. Started taking the product and about 2 days in noticed an immidiate difference with my aches and pains just vanishing. By far the best magnesium I’ve found, and I’ve tried lots of different ones.It enhances my mood but more importantly for me it gives me the deepest nights sleep ever. I used to be a painfully light sleeper and be tired all through the day. Now I don’t remember a thing from going to bed until my alarm clock goes off. Brilliant!

These are a good size to swallow. Slightly bigger then other ones but still a good size. No chalky after taste and no side effects. As for the effectiveness I have only just started so I'll up date later

Unpleasant taste
Ive normally buy the nutrition geek ones. But I decided to try these. They have not very nice taste. I know it’s only for a few seconds before I swallow them, but the taste is really off putting. I’m not good at remembering to take supplements daily but these actually make me dislike taking them. I would give them away but I just don’t want to waste my money. Won’t buy again

Restful sleep
