Smooth as Silk, just like Nespresso
I purchased this to go under my Nespresso U-D50 and Aeroccino. In the picture above, the drawer is depicted opening up by pulling the drawer towards you. On my countertop, that configuration would be taking up too much space, so I angled it so that the drawer opens to the left. It's PERFECT that way, as my Nespresso maker sits on the left and the Aeroccino sits on the right. What a set-up! I love it! It's plastic, but the plastic is hard and seems as though it'll last. It's a somewhat dull, not completely matte finish on the outside, so it ought to hide some scratches if I make any. The drawer pull is identical to the photo as well, and it's modern and sleek. When I pull out the drawer, there are no catches or squeaks, so the plastic must be well-formed from one piece to the other. I am new to Nespresso, so I don't know what "cru" of coffee is what color capsule. I took the end of each sleeve of coffee, where the type of coffee is printed, and trimmed it with scissors to fit down in the bottom of the drawer. So, if I forget--from order to order--what kind of coffee I'm drinking, all I have to do is look at the little label I've tucked in the bottom of each row. Yes, when the row is less than completely full, the capsules slide a little bit from the back of the row to the front of the drawer, but, since they stay in their own row, it's not a problem to me. I knew I didn't want a carousel or some other kitschy capsule holder like they make for this machine or for the machine that holds the K-cups (Nespresso capsules are NOT interchangeable with K-cups), but I wanted, in my small kitchen, to make good use of my little bit of counterspace. It's great, and I'm really glad I bought it.

Great little space saver that looks good too.
Every time I have people over and they see this, they are like "woah I never knew I needed one of these but I NEED one now". Super practical and saves space, looks great under the nespresso machine too. Slides totally fine, not on a spring or soft close or anything, but for the price it doesn't matter at all. Sturdy enough to not bow or warp when the machine is on top, full of water, with extra mugs sitting on it as well.

Just what the Nespresso Ordered!
I wanted something that was more convenient for my Nespresso pods' storage - having the boxes stacked up was a non-option. I like Nespresso's wooden box, but it just isn't practical and the place I have my machine set up is already pretty loaded up with kitchen gadgets, so I didn't want an organizer that would require a space of it's own. Viola - enter this product! It sits about 2" on each side farther out than the Nespresso machine itself (I have the Pixie model) and looks outstanding. Very sturdy build and the drawer opens smoothly. Also, this is plastic (just in case anyone is wondering) but it really does look sharp - I'm very pleased with the appearance! It can also hold more than the 50 capsules it advertises if you alternate the pods with every other one being upside down - this somewhat increases your storage capacity without at all impacting it's ability to open and close smoothly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice looking unit to hold your pods without being the center of attention. This is a great find and I'm sure you'll be delighted with it, too!

Great Capsule Storage Solution
I purchased this months ago to store my Nespresso capsules. I've placed it below my De'Longhi America EN750MB Nespresso Lattissima Pro Machine for over eight months and it's sturdy as a rock, never had a problem with the wight of this machine on it. The drawer slides out easily and fits all my capsules beautifully. I get great pleasure from opening this drawer each morning on those wonderful days I've refilled the drawer to see all the colorful capsules. It's a great solution to storing your capsules if you are an organized person who likes to hide away clutter. I own both this and the Nespresso Coffee Capsules Holder Carousel, I love both and have never had any problems with either. The Carousel makes for very pretty display piece, while the drawer decreases clutter and is great for the minimalist. I really love my coffee, so I might purchase one more and stack them. Definitely recommend this storage drawer - it's like opening a present to yourself every morning!

Not for L’OR Pods.
It is made very well, but there’s not fit L’OR pods. There is too much room.

Good product but unfortunately was sent ope box/used
Product is good and fits nicely on my counter. Giving it less stars because I was sent an open box/used one. Didn't show much ware but the box was clearly opened taped back up with scotch tape.

Could be better designed; quite expensive for what it really is
I purchased this storage drawer for Nespresso capsules. If you want a realistic description of what this item is, it's an inexpensive plastic tray housed inside an inexpensive plastic shell. The tray (calling it a drawer is misleading since it doesn't glide on any rollers or tracks) can be pulled out when my CitiZ is sitting on top of the unit, but it definitely takes a bit of effort and isn't a smooth gliding motion like a cupboard or dresser drawer. Perhaps that could not be expected at this price point, however, it should be noted lest someone think "drawer" means this is going to function just like a real drawer. Another issue I have with this unit is that the individual rows that hold the capsules don't really seem to be designed specifically for Nespresso capsules even though that's what this product description and the box it shipped in says. The rows are a little too wide, allowing capsules to wiggle back and forth a little when the tray is pulled or pushed. Why does that matter? Well, one cannot reach the capsules in the back of each row without pulling the tray all the way out. Because of this, I don't entirely fill each row but instead leave a bit of empty space so that I don't have to pull the tray entirely out to be sure I've used all of the capsules. The problem is that when one pulls the tray or picks up a capsule from the row, the lack of a tight fit causes the capsules to move. and I find that even though I purposefully don't put capsules all the way back that the capsules end up getting pushed far back during ordinary usage of this storage tray. A far better design would have been to have had a very mild, spring loaded pressure pad at the end of each row that could keep capsules from being pushed back AND that would force capsules to the front of the tray as capsules were removed. Is that expecting too much for an item that costs so little? I'm not sure, but I don't think so. In the end, this really is just a pretty piece of plastic and not something that seems to have had much thought put into its functionality. It's nice to have somewhere to store my capsules near my CitiZ, but I wish this tray offered more than a simple black plastic enclosure.
