Fantastic product, no plastic, all gravity, great capasity!!!

I bought this product in a shop in HK, excellent service too. So the product is great, what about the availability and service in London?? In London there seems to be no shops selling this, and no UK reseller on Amazon.co.uk. I find that very sad. Only reseller seems to be in France, but that is not great for service issues. So that would have to be only two stars:-/
