Tape measure Straight edge , pencil Fine teeth saw Masking tape on top of where your going to saw so u can see pencil line also gives nice flat cut line Glue down with what’s necessary ie Interior or exterior glue I use gorilla grab adhesive

Will these slip over existing wooden window sill. Am decorating and I need to protect the sills from cat scratches in future

I had to send mine back as ordered incorrectly but I think this product would scratch easily as it's similar to another window ledge I had installed and I was warned about scratching then
