They work as advertized.
i had very swollen lower legs and feet, i would say extremely swollen, i took these in morning and at night, and without changing anything else within 2 weeks my legs and feet looked much better, and after 4 weeks ALL swelling was gone. there is no magic pill that will make it happen in a few days, but these did the job for me and would highly recommend.
