Lollipop Amoice Waxed Amaryllis Flower Bulb with Stand, No Water Needed

My frien was very excited over this gift, not yet bloomed but growing taller each day. Can't wait for my friend to send me a picture when it blooms

Received two waxed bulbs from Holland Bulb Farms through Amazon for my 99 year old Mother for a Christmas Gift. The Bulb with Green Wax looked to be in good condition when received but is not growing and is still not growing. The sprout is brown and looks dead. We received a credit for the bulb that was cracked but not for this bulb the Green bulb. I haven't received a refund for my second bulb purchased that is also dead. The top of the bulb is falling apart.

My bulb produced multiple blooms in a lovely shade of red. Even after the initial set of blooms it is still sending up more green leaves. It will be interesting to see if it actually blooms again. I would just mention that it did take awhile before it did anything.

I was really excited about this flower, but unfortunately I received a bulb that never bloomed. Since I have received this, it's been sitting on my window sill and gets an adequate amount of sunlight. The bulb itself is fine but the part that blooms has become brown, dry and flakes when you touch it. I tried to request a refund but I've passed the time limit for an available refund. I don't see how this makes sense because usually it takes some time for these to bloom. I was under the impression that maybe this one would take a bit to bloom, but to my disappointment it has not. Very unfortunate experience.

Love these! Gave them as holiday gifts and got several for myself. They bloom beautifully and keep on going for weeks. Then can plant in the yard.

This product was a looser. Leafs started to die almost right away. No flower ever bloomed. A friend had given me one that just keeps growing and is beautiful. I bought this for my daughter in law. Now what’s left of it is dying too. Picture below. This picture was taken 4 months after she received it. Very disappointed.

I probably overlooked the fine print when buying plants. I just expected it to look full grown and flowering, like the picture. It was going to be a valentines gift, but now it sits in the living room window for sunlight to mature, it's about half way there. So it might be a May birthday gift. BR

I get these for my 97 year old mother. She just puts it in a window and as you can see, she gets big, beautiful, fabulous blooms! No watering or care needed…such a great gift for an elderly person or someone who doesn’t have a green thumb. I’m just disappointed I didn’t get one for myself!
