Great value and good quality
Someone recommended I take magnesium to help with sleep, and it has made such a huge difference. I’m falling asleep much quicker, and my quality of sleep has greatly improved. The tablets are quite large, but they’re easy to swallow, even without liquid, and don’t have an unpleasant taste. There are lots in the bottle. It’s a good quality product that’s great value for money.

Happy with service, unsure on product
I ordered this after it was recommended I look for a form of Magnesium to take to help with my heart skipping beats (palpitations). I ordered this one as it was quite cheap. Service was excellent, arrived on time and very happy. The product itself is concerning. The recommended daily intake of magnesium is 420mg for any normal person. This is 600mg which seems pretty high, although you can split the tablet to reduce the dosage which I think would be sensible for anyone trying out a Magnesium supplement for the first time. I took one tablet a day for three days. The first day seemed fine, skipped beats seemed to have reduced and I felt a bit better in myself. The second day, I woke up earlier than usual which I thought was strange. But seemed ok. The third day, I woke up after five hours of sleep after having a bad dream. My heart rate was up throughout the day, not at dangerous levels, but certainly higher than a normal resting heart rate. I calculated it to be around 80-100bpm rather than the typical 72bpm at rest. I also found that the skipped heartbeats were happening again, but these were happening when laying down after eating which wasn't before. Standing and sitting I was fine. Unsure if this was caused by the product itself, it may be a coincidence. I stopped taking the product on the third day. Today is the fifth day since taking the first one and two days after stopping. Things seem to have settled again, my heart rate appears to be back to normal. Still getting heart palpitations. I am wondering if the Taurate might be an issue for me and could have caused the disturbed sleep and nightmare I had (no proof). Taurate appears to relate to Taurine which is used in some energy drinks. Overall, the product is ok. But I would recommend to anyone looking to take Magnesium to do their homework first and not just believe one person or doctor. Find out as much as you can and plan carefully on the one you use. Taking a smaller dose might be more beneficial, but monitor how you feel throughout the day. Any changes you feel, log them.

Fantastic stuff
I honestly can't believe how good this product is, all my adult life I've struggled to sleep lucky to get 3 hours solid then tossing and turning. Two nights on magnesium taurate and two nights full sleep . Fantastic stuff

Lower Blood Pressure
Having read that magnesium supplements may help in lowering blood pressure, I thought I'd give it a go. Along with a healthier approach to eating and drinking I have been taking these for a couple of months now. My blood pressure readings have fallen to good levels and are maintained. I can't say how much of this is due to this supplement but for the low cost and overall results, I'm going to continue to take them.

It’s okay but be careful
I’ve been taking magnesium for some time now and I decided to switch to this one to try it. At first it was okay but after a few days I got diarrhoea. And only then did I realise that there capsules are 600mg but the max dose recommended is 350mg. Not I’m not saying that the brand is bad it’s just that you need to be careful and see if it’s okay for you to take this high dose because even though I’ve been taking magnesium for some time I still got side effects.

Arrived on time.
I had read a few reviews about this particular magnisium taurate but had not tried it yet. First day I slept like a baby and woke up full of energy, still early days so will monitor. Had been taking other magnesium supplement previously but switched to this as I read it helps with joints and the heart.
