It can only be used with a 6V rechargeable battery, and not for the battery that can't be recharged.

Will this work with moultrie mobile cameras?

I don't think so. The moultrie mobile cameras needs a 12V solar panel.

Yes. It comes with an alligator clip and can be wired directly to the Moultrie feeder.
