is the app compatible with an apple iOS device? When will the app be available in English?

There is no official iOS app for the carrobot c2 lite but you can try the HUDWAYCAST iOS app. YMMV. For me, it doesn’t recognize device but at least I can mirror my screen. Right now, I can’t switch from MPH to KMH on iOS without an official app. At the very least, they should have open sourced their APIs so third parties can develop apps for it.

Does it work via bluetooth or usb?

It plugs into your phone via a dongle. Frankly, front what I’ve seen and experienced, it’s glitchy, and just and extension of you phone on a poorly illuminated clear screen
