Hi there, is shackle thickness 18mm including rubber sleeve? Please advise. Just want to check if chain loop is wide enough.

No only the metal is 18mm. It’s 21mm including the rubber sleeve. That’s the width btw, the circumference is about 77mm.

does this come with a carry bracket?

no it doesnt come with a carry bracket - however i have got one from USA (i know sounds extreme) which fits neatly to back to saddle and put this lock on - just perfect - i have taken a pic but amazon only allows videos NOT jpegs to be posted (strange) the 'non new york' thinner lock comes with bracket which fits to frame off the two locks i would rather have this - no lock is unbreakable but this lock makes me happy which is important - you can also insure the bike with this particular lock - for any payment you will need to show a broken lock (if the thief cud break through and did leave a sample for us to keep) and a police report, either missing insurance isnt paid overall 5 stars lock i would say
