I have only used this product for 30 days and to be honest, I don't feel anything different good/bad. However I did purchase another 50 days so that I can hopefully see/feel the benefits within that time frame. The capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and have not experienced any heartburn or belching of the product after consuming.
