Great Deal for Basic Uses
I purchased this to stream videos from YouTube and Amazon Prime. I have a mini keyboard/mousepad to control it with. It was very simple to set up and I have had it on 24/7 for many months and it has never had a problem. The small size make this item so versatile. Perfect for usage for streaming or school use.

DO NOT PURCHASE TRYCOO PRODUCTS!!!!
DO NOT buy anything from Trycoo. I purchased a mini pc in December 2023 which had a 2 year warranty and it worked fine for 14 months. It was used only for entertainment, i.e. YouTube TV, Netflix, Bowl TV, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube. In March of 2026 it suddenly would no longer boot; it started and displayed the Trycoo logo, but then froze and would not boot. I contacted Amazon and they responded that since it was sold by the Trycoo store on only fulfilled by Amazon I would have to contact Trycoo. After trying the recommended troubleshooting on the Amazon web site without success, I sent them two emails, the first on April 7 and the second on April 10, 2026 regarding where I could have the pc repaired. As of April 14 I have not received a response from them. Using AI to research their responsiveness to customers, I found that they well known for not responding to address issues with their equipment. I would recommend that if you are considering purchasing anything from Trycoo, you seriously consider an alternative product from a business that values their customers. If I could write this review without giving Trycoo any stars I would, but in order to post it I had to give them one star which they do not deserve.

Really solid computer
A friend had a nightmare experience with a different mini-PC, but I couldn't be happier with mine. Very fast machine, very small, and omg the performance is quite impressive. My only complaint? I didn't want Windows 11 (I love my Windows 10), but it is what it is. How can this be so inexpensive?? It boggles the mind.

Impressive very tiny PC that can handle basic multi-tasking and web with decent results
Overall: Recommended! Great product for basic PC needs and the size is incredibly portable. We are using this for a client desk computer and basic web surfing and it does fine for that task. Nice value : ) Cheers!
