Update: This company contacted me and offered a full refund (they do not make this model anymore, apparently). I'm taking the offer and changing my rating to reflect their excellent CS and the qualities that ARE great about this headphone..The sound quality and fit are excellent -- the battery life is not good. It must be charged every 2 days whether it is in use or turned off. There is little to no warning when it's going to shut off -- my estimate is 5-8 seconds. I'll just have to keep it on the charger when not in use.
