Definitely my go to bar🥰
OMG!!!! I really don’t know how the hell I’ve done without this bar for so long♥️ it is my favorite go to general all purpose curl bar, especially on a preacher curl bench great weight great handles perfect size not too huge like a ginormous 8 foot section a bar that I’ve got hanging on my wall🙄, but this bar is absolutely perfect. I love it. The price was phenomenal. The shipping was excellent, and the quality of the bar is exceptional. If you don’t buy this bar, you’ll regret it.

Good tricep and bicep bar
Solid bar very well made. Excellent for tricep and bicep movements. Handles measure from middle roughly 22.5” 13” and 6”. Knurling is well made not overly sharp. It weighs 26lbs not 30.

This multi grip bar is all quality. Nice weight , solid build, good dimensions. I was surprised by the quality of the bar. Better than what I expected. Absolutely worth the investment.
