Works better than advertised
This product is amazingly easy to get going. Just have to know how to find the IP address though, but plenty of videos online how to do that. Just be aware that you will still need a fan that fits the mounts on top of the box if you want it to run optimal with room temps and higher. Its has little fans in it that do pretty well out of the box, I just think its worth the investment to get a fan with speed controller. I recommend a 120v Plug in type so you dont take power from the power supply. The seller even worked with me and I got the product faster than expected. Highly recommend this seller for any mining needs.

Zero Issues
Arrived on Time. Setup was straight forward after watching a YouTube video. You should get an additional fan. Makes a good space heater to boot. Improvements suggestions - I would include a little quick guide and maybe business contact information/offers/advertisements in the package.

I am almost certain that Amazon vendors are trying to unload their junk onto their customers.
A. I’m almost certain Amazon vendors are unloading junk onto customers. B. This is my fourth miner, all with issues like missing apps for operation. C. There are no proper guides, and online advice is unreliable, often leaving out key details. D. The browser blocks the site page. E. There’s no incentive to join mining pools anymore, yet YouTubers keep sharing. The top streamer only criticizes miners with a negative, glass-half-empty attitude.

First unit was defective. Seller was prompt and courteous to send me a replacement.
If at first you order a unit and you have any problems with it, do not despair. The seller was very prompt and courteous to send me a replacement unit when I informed them that the first one was defective and not saving any configuration settings. I returned the faulty unit & seller sent me a brand new unit in its place. I'm very happy to say I got it up and working today with no issues. 5 stars !!! I am very happy with seller's courteous customer service.
