Husband seems to be doing well using these Seni Man pads instead of the other popular name brand straight long type that were cutting his legs. I got him a "two pack" of washable reusable ones that I am RETURNING because the designer didnt think they should have snap on wings to go around the underwear to hold them in place like with women's products. The reusable are a good idea to attempt to help out with fewer disposables going in the trash, but dammit they fell out of his pants. That's kind of awkward. Don't get the reusable type unless they improve the design. SO DO TRY THESE SENI MAN . HE LIKES THEM! THEY DONT CHAFE HIS THIGHS AND THEY WORK GREAT

I have been using incontinence pads for a few years now. So, I have tried many different brands. I am rating Man Pads with only four stars because they really do need better adhesive to hold them in place. I find that when I lower my under wear the pad sometimes falls out. The adhesive strip does not hold sufficiently. Sometimes the pad will move out of place without my noticing it, causing the leakage to not be captured. Otherwise, the pads are comfortable and absorbate. The design, with the wings that mostly cover the abdomen is good. But there again, the adhesive does not hold.

A little larger than the original shields, but not as bulky as you think. Perfect for overnight does not leak. The protection level is as they say on the packaging. Great absorbency especially as i have a cold and when i cough i have no control at this time. The design and is excellent and the added upper tips tacky glue help control movement while sleeping. They hold shape and location. The latest delivery came 10 days early wow such service awesome.

I get these for my 91 year old Dad. He is healthy and able bodied with a bit of a problem with bladder leaks. I searched for something that wasn't a Adult Diaper because he didnt need that and they gave him a rash. I bought the first ones for him and when he was out, he called and ask for more. They've worked so well for him.

Very disappointed in just about every way. Adhesion was poor, bulkier than expected, wetness transfer was completely substandard to the major brands. I was looking for a step above a minimal shield for rigorous activity. These were branded as such. Would not buy again.

They are ok. I am personallynot fond of them. The adhesive does hold very well. The product itself is very nice.

This item doesn't work to wet and doesn't hold leak

I like the width of the of the product to fit in the underwear. Also like the softness of the product.
