I don't work out at all. I don't exercise. But I do work 3td shift in a production based factory where my job is physically demanding. My job description is running but it entails way more. 2 scoops of this every night and you'll be ready for a 12 hr shift. I recently broke a 10 Year production record by 800+ plus units. One of the best pre-workouts on the market. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Hyper focus massive pumps and extra reps. I get at 1-2 more reps on my compound lifts.

Me and my wife are currently use the normal Ryse pre workout so we decided to try the godzilla. She takes half a scoop of the normal stuff and I take the full dose. With the godzilla she took half a scoop and I took the full dose and both of us had upset stomachs. I had hip thrusts today and so I ruined a pair of underwear. She didnt feel as bad but still felt off. I felt like I had to throw up and ended up peeing out of the wrong end. I heard it was good but I would not recommend trying on a workday unless you have an office job or quick access to a bathroom. I did not notice any better pump, focus or strength compared to the normal preworkout either so for me it was just a huge was of money.
