I git these for someone as a gift and they absolutely loved them. Pencils are vibrant with strong color payoff and the lead is very soft and creamy. Blends really well and you're able to shade lightly or heavy for more or less opaque coloring. Worth the money and impressed by the quality. Who I gave them to just colors for fun but I'm a professional artist and I was impressed by these and would compare them to other well known brands like prisma color. Especially if you're looking for something more cost effective. I also love that this is a pastel only set with such a range of colors.

I love these pastel pencils! The colors are beautiful. They are soft and creamy. I have not had a lead break yet so great value for my money and very durable. They are just super nice. Give them a try. Im sure u will like them just as much. Highly recommend Happy coloring!!📚

I would recommend if you need back up !! I love all the colors wasn’t sure about it but a full set of pastels can’t say no !! Quality is there , not chalky at all !!

I use Prismacolors, but I saw these and they just looked so pretty, so I had to try them! Note: for those who don't know, Kalour pencilsare made in the same factory as pencils; Kalour are wax-based and Brutfuner are oil-based. The Pros: -All pastels (which I assume is what you're looking for since they are called Macaron pencils) - Super soft, creamy feel. - Easy to lay down consistent light layers - Pretty colors - Good selection of purples and pastel oranges - Budget price - These layer and blend beautifully with my Prismas!! I was really not sure about them while swatching, but when I colored some soft clouds, I was suitably impressed! :) The Cons: -Low pigment (as expected at this price point) -The only way to build up color is to work in multiple light layers (more layers than, say, you'd need to build with a Prismacolor Premier). Pressing harder doesn't do much. - There are two beige/peachy colors with the names "Skin Tone" and "Flesh." Come on. Not everyone's skin is peach. Get with the times!

Kalour never disappoints me with their pencils. This set comes with a sharpener, extender, as well as a colorless blender. No swatch sheet but I also have the 50 count in this too.

Gorgeous saturated pastel colors! I look forward to using them. I have other colored pencils from this brand and the quality and durability are great. This set will be a valuable addition to what I already have. There are a few duplicate colors between the sets, but those are colors that I use a lot, so that's a real bonus for me. I highly recommend this.
