would these work well for someone who is 5'3? Would prefer someone around that height that has used these and have had no issues.

What is the length of each resistance band?

Unstretched they are about 82 ish inches. They are all the same length but they are different thicknesses and widths for resistance

I assume you wrap the strap around the bar for pull up assistance but how do you secure it to your leg or knee? Are there loops on the ends?

I am not sure how you plan on using these bands. If using for a pull-up, you would just set you knee or foot in the loop. I personally use them alone without wrapping on a bar.
