I was so glad it was delivered the day after I ordered it and also glad I ordered the OEM Dell/ the Dell laptop was very comparable and it connected right away/ there was no overheating issues/ great quality/ it charged quickly also/ I feel safe at the way everything went/ one happy camper

It Works.
Bought this as a replacement for my Dell OEM laptop charger. It works. Doesn't run hot, charges as it should. Just works - unexpectedly as a person would hope for.

Failed after 5 months, intermittent charging, runs hot, and no clear warranty support
I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but this one is warranted. This 65W USB-C charger started failing about four months after purchase. Charging became intermittent, it would connect then stop, and I noticed flickering or buzzing behavior. It also runs noticeably hotter than normal, which is concerning for a power adapter. I use a Dell Inspiron 16 7620, and the instability makes it difficult to rely on this charger day to day. What makes this more disappointing is the price. It is on the higher end and marketed as original, so I expected it to last. Instead, it began acting up very early, and I honestly feel I did not get value for the money spent. For context, my previous Dell charger lasted through the full lifespan of my prior laptop without these kinds of issues. Support has been another problem. I could not find a clear, straightforward way to contact the seller about warranty coverage or a replacement through the order page, which adds to the frustration. I am sharing this so other buyers have realistic expectations about reliability and after-sales support before purchasing.

So Disappointed
My first order never arrived so I was refunded. It happens, so I purchased them again: 3 for the women in my office. One came with the grounding prong broken off, another just stopped working (we've only had it two weeks), and the third is still in the box so we we don't know yet. Advice: pick one up from Walmart or Target.

Extra Plug
This is great for an extra cord since I'm travelling a lot with my computer. It was a great price and charges faster than the one that came with the computer. Compatibility and durability are good too. Might end up ordering another one just for a back up.
