Anker Laptop Docking Station 3 Monitors, 14in1 USBC Hub with Triple Display

As the title says, great connection. I connect my laptop to this which charges quickly. Also connected are two screens, a mouse speakers and internet. Had for over a year now and still working.

Home worker. Dual hdmi screen. Usb-c headset. Usb power. Plugged another usb hub into this. It just worked. No fuss, no nonsense with drivers. What was particularly impressive was when I detached it from my work windows 10 machine and plugged into my fedora laptop. It just worked. Very pleased. All my expensive cherry and Logitech peripherals and screen can all be used elsewhere. I moved 1 cable - spent £50 but saved hundreds. Great work Anker

Out of the box it works perfectly (mostly), plugged everything in, the laptop charged, keyboard, mouse, camera etc all worked.My second monitor wasn't happy, I had this connected via USB-C to Display Port from my laptop and the Hub just wasn't playing with the USB-C in this way. However, swapping this cable out with a quality HDMI and I got 4k @ 60hz on my second screen, so happy with that.My Jabra headset keeps dropping out for some reason saying "this USB device is no longer functioning correctly", but then unplugging and plugging it back in again solves the problem. This isn't a massive deal as it's my backup headset for when I forget to charge my blue tooth one.The biggest issue, as you can see from the photo, is the insanely short cable. A few other reviews have commented on this but I expected it to be longer, it's 15cm long (or 6" for you imperial people), so as a portable device I guess that's handy, as a hub for a home office where you only want one plug to connect your laptop it's really annoying. I'm going to buy a USB-C extension cable and hope that everything still functions as I'd like to have it flat on the desk rather than hanging out the side of the laptop putting strain on the laptop usb socket as well as all the other stuff just hanging out of the hub.Anker, if you're listening, make a version with a 1 metre cable.

Great docking station

It comes with 2 HDMI ports, but it only works when it feels like it. I was going to return the product when I received, but the following day it decided to work, so I discarded the package. However, since then, it hasn't worked more than once or twice. I could have bought a much cheaper product if I only wanted to connect the second screen, the charger and the keyboard. I learned not to rush discarding packaging so quickly. Very disappointed.

Inconsistent performance. My first one wouldn't power any of my devices (despite using a laptop USBC charger), and also inconsistently connected to my monitors that were plugged into the hub (I had to toggle one monitor on and off the laptop to eventually sync with the 2 monitors through the hub. Anker support ran me through a few checks to see if it could be fixed but ended up sending me a new one. The new one does power the devices (although my laptop says it's a slow charge), but the inconsistent connections remain. Not bad for the price, but if I could do it again I'd buy a more full fledged dock.

Bought this to replace some no-brand hub which had started to fail after a couple of years. This was super easy to set up and has worked flawlessly ever since. You get what you pay for, and if you can get this on an offer then even better!

Really useful docking station with various ports.Bought to create a hot desk in a small office so that staff and visitors can use a laptop with dual monitor setup and access our network.It’s so small that it doesn’t get in the way and it takes up next to no space on the desk.

It is an excellent product and works very well.

Support wise it is good, all ports works no lag used 2 display at a time.Connecting cable is weak, within 6 months outer layer is started coming out.Getting too hot sometimes

I will leave my original review at the bottom. After I posted my original review Anker reached out and offered me a refund or a replacement. I opted to take the replacement and give them another chance to see if maybe the first one was just a bad unit. I'm an glad that I did. I have put the replacement in place exactly as I had the original and have been running it for a day now. It is driving two 1080p monitors and so far has not had a single issue. I have a 100w Anker USB C charger going into the hub and it is supplying power to my laptop. The hub does get warm to the touch, but that is expected and clearly noted as normal in the documentation. So I can give this a thumbs up and also have to give Anker a big thumbs up for standing by their products and having great customer support.Old Review:I guess I should have looked at the reviews a bit closer. I got this to drive 2 monitors. Something my machine is more than capable of doing with a RTX3070 in it. Hooking it all up the two monitors will come on and work but then randomly drop out. Sometimes it is just one sometimes it is both. They go black and stay blank. Sometimes they come back after a second. Sometimes they stay gone till I unplug the hub and plug it back in. The device is getting plenty of power as it is connected to an Anker 100w usb c power supply. In addition to the going blank, I have also noticed watching videos that now the video will get out of sync with the video on the monitors. This is very disappointing.
