After receiving my certified refurbished Ring alarm system... There was no way that I could tell that this had been refurbished... Brand new condition... Boxes were sealed... If it was indeed refurbished, it looked brand new. Set up was easy... Worked perfectly, and with Ring's additional interface device, it integrates well with my legacy hard-wired alarm system. It also works well with the Amazon Alexa along with partial integration with Samsung SmartThings (with a little bit of work). So far, I'm very pleased.

If you want a bit of peace of mind (without getting screwed by companies like vivint) this is where I go! Price point is waaaaay below what you get charged for hardware elsewhere. The ring subscription service is nicely priced to compliment the hardware! This is basically a starter bundle to get you up and running, with all the extras available to add in as you go. From co2 fire detectors to water detectors and motion,glass breakage, ect... You really can't go wrong! And there are alot of other things the system pairs up to like kwikset smart locks!
