I bought this September 2023 and it is almost one year. The gel has gone down because I use it regularly and it doesn't come back up after I take my wrist from it. Overall it is a good product

I have used this for over a period of 2 years. It is still going good, although the cloth edges are now curled up & the memory foam pad has now few deformities but its very good performace for 2 years of use. Thanks for an excellent product.

Decent build but life is around 1 year only. After that it tears out and one can clearly see that there was never any gel - rather just foam
